This website is hosted on a root server administered by us at ZAP-Hosting GmbH. The hosting provider supplies the technical infrastructure and may have access to server data as part of data processing on our behalf.

Server log files

When the website is accessed, the Apache web server automatically processes technical access data. This may include in particular:

• IP address of the accessing device
• date and time of access
• page or file requested and amount of data transferred
• HTTP status code
• previously visited page, if transmitted
• browser and operating system information (user agent)

Processing is carried out to provide the website securely and reliably and to detect and prevent misuse on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Regular Apache log files are generally retained for no more than 14 days through daily rotation. In the event of a specific security incident, relevant data may be stored longer until the matter is resolved and, where necessary, for legal enforcement.

Language selection

The website stores the technically necessary cookie iskra_smoka_language so that the selected site language is retained on subsequent visits. It contains only the language code and expires after one year.

Storage is necessary for the language function you requested (Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG). Where personal data is processed, this is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

The cookie is not used for advertising, audience measurement, tracking or profiling.

Contacting us

If you contact us by email or telephone, we process your details in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where pre-contractual or contractual matters are concerned, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The information is deleted once the enquiry has been fully dealt with and there are no statutory retention obligations or legitimate reasons for further storage. No contact form is used.

External links and streaming providers

The website contains links to HyperFollow and, where applicable, streaming providers. Data is transferred to the respective external provider only when you open such a link. The provider's own privacy policy applies to its processing. External players or content are not embedded on this website.

No analytics or marketing services

We do not use visitor analytics, advertising trackers, newsletters or embedded social-network services. Bootstrap and the other site files are served locally from our own server, so loading a page does not connect to a Bootstrap CDN.

Encrypted transmission

The website uses TLS/HTTPS encryption. Complete security of data transmission over the internet cannot nevertheless be guaranteed.
